<p>I enjoyed another Deep Tissue Therapeutic Massage earlier today. One of the joys of being a qualified, experienced practictioner is that I get to enjoy regular swap sessions with other qualified persons. The benifits of having a Therapeutic Massage every week are often felt on many levels - in my physical body and emotional body. Plus when combined with slow deep breathing - the spiritual body is activated and healed too.</p>
<p>During my one hour massage today I went into a profound state of healing via Conscious Connected Breath - as different parts of my physical body recieved attention, it was possible to experience subtle shifts both physically, emotionally & esoterically. This combination of elements was further enhanced by the regularity of my sessions. It's as if my body goes straight into 'receptive mode' faster because of the healthy habit I am forming - I LOVE it!!</p>
<p>I would recomend to everyone - next time you find yourself having a Therapeutic Massage - focus on your breath. Begin to take slow deep/full breaths & continue throughout the session. Resist the urge to chat or snooze, instead bring all of your consciousnes into the part of the body recieving attention.</p>
